Zoran Milinković, Chairman & Founder
One of the most active members of the Serbian diaspora in Europe. Founder and President of the European Movement of Serbs. Owner of several companies in Paris, lives and works between Paris and Belgrade. It was thanks to Mr Milinkovic's vision that the Institute came to being. His dynamic and proactive spirit is the main steering wheel of our organisation today.

Dr. Ing Ana Milošević, Director
Dr. Ing Ana Milošević is responsible for formulating, directing the implementation, monitoring and reviewing of the Serbian Institute's European policy Framework which provides guidance on the Serbian Institute's engagement with Europe. She coordinates and manages the overall planning and direction of Institute's operation on International level, creates a shared vision among the staff of Serbian Institute's program aims and their role in achiving these. In addition she explores plans for program expansion and develops the potential for further program funding, develops Serbian Institute's capacity in relation to the local context and develops concept notes/project proposals for identified donors.
Dr. Milošević has worked as an expert in the areas of South-East Europe and East Africa, on projects of Socio-Economic Sustainable Development, Preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS trough prevention related programs - targeting women and youth, Supporting awareness raising about child protection and Gender Based Violence, Strengthened rule of law and protection of vulnerable groups, Agriculture and Quality Improvements, Immigration and People to People Actions.
She attended numerous International conferences and seminars.

Saša Stojanović is a media designer and owner of "Communicate", company for digital media, with offices in Kragujevac, Serbia and Cologne, Germany.

Ivanka Dimitrijević Bartstra, Research Assistant
Graduated from University of Philology in Belgrade, holds BA in Polish language and literature. She works as literate translator and occasionally cooperates with online magazine Pobocza. She speaks English, Polish and has solid knowledge of Dutch language.
Currently, Mrs. Dimitrijević-Bartstra occupies position of Research Assistant and is in charge of Research and Development Sector within Serbian Institute. In addition she is in charge of project "Learn Serbian".
Miloš Milošević, Stagiaire
Miloš Milošević was born in 1986 in Hamm, Germany. He is attaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Mannheim, Germany in 2009. His bachelor thesis dealt with self-determination of people and the international recognition of secession movements. The Kosovo served as an example. He is member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany and was speaker of the student's union executive committee at the University of Mannheim.

Luca Marini, Stagiaire
Recently graduated in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Bologna – Forlì Campus with a MA thesis on the relations between Russia and Serbia, he was granted the opportunity to spend a three months period between Belgrade and Saint Petersburg, doing field research on the topic. As an intern in OCCAM Milan-based headquarters (UN agency for Infopoverty Programm) he broadened his operational knowledge of the area, in dealing mainly with monitoring and evaluation activities of European and private funds for ICT4D projects in the Balkans. He worked as a junior researcher for the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Serbia and Montenegro, reporting on regional investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector. He’s an active member of the Italian non-partisan think tank Geopolitica.info

Dragan Lukjanović, Stagiaire
Dragan Lukjanović was born in 1983 in Kladovo, Serbia. He is studying Business Administration and Economics at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany since 2004. His main fields of study are Finance and Accounting. Before starting the internship at the Serbian Institute for Public Diplomacy, he did internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Aldi Süd in Germany. Besides his studies, he is interested in international relations, in foreign policy, in monetary policy and in foreign cultures. His Diploma thesis will deal with the valuation techniques in the context of mergers and acquisitions of enterprises.

Olja Radlovic, Stagiaire
Currently a postgraduate student of Euroculture programme, studied at Jaggielonian University in Poland and University of Groningen in The Netherlands. Holder of Erasmus Mindus scholarship. Holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina and spent one year of undergraduate studies at University of Montana, USA, as a winner of US Department of State’s scholarship.
Served as an intern at Save the Children, USA. Her work experience includes working for the Euro Info Center and for a film festival.
Interested in all the issues related to the contemporary culture and Balkan identity.
Currently, Olja is holding an Internship position within the Serbian Institute.

Jelena Krstić, Stagiaire
Graduated from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade; Enrolled Master’s degree studies in Hispanic Literature at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. She works as a translator and assistent in a translation agency in Belgrade. She is one of the founders, chairperson and one of coordinators of cultural section of Hispanic Association of Serbia whose one of goals is to develop better education and cultural relations between Serbian and Hispanic students.

Miloš Spasojević, Stagiaire
Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade on the subject „INTERPOL as the international organization“. Interested in security issues and euroatlantic integrations of Serbia. He was a member of NGO European Movement in Serbia and participant of the programme ‘’Practice diplomacy’’.

Nemanja Grgic, Stagiaire
Nemanja is majoring in International Relations and Diplomacy at the American College of Thessaloniki, University division of Anatolia, in Thessaloniki, Greece. He attended the Law School of the Vienna University, and did a study abroad program at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is a contributor to journals and newspapers, a member of the Student Government, as well as other clubs in his college. He attended Model United Nation in Greece, Serbia, the Netherlands, and the USA. He was a member of the European Youth Parliament Greece. He is interested in identity, ethnicity, and conflict resolution.

Drazo Krajisnik, Stagiare
Is a student of Political Science and History at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Canada. His interests lie in international relations, diplomacy, and geopolitics. He has been involved in academic research at Wilfrid Laurier University, and is one of the founders of the Serbian Student Organization at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Philippe Mihailovich, Exterior Advisor
Philippe Mihailovich is Visiting Professor of Marketing on the ESLSCA MBA Programs at The ESLSCA Graduate School of Business and EDHEC, Paris. He has extensive experience in international marketing and lectures on Transnational FMCG Brand Management, Luxury Branding and Place Branding. He has previously worked with leading fmcg as well as niche luxury brands primarily in London, Paris and New York. As a consultant, he is involved in conceptualising, creating and launching brands, brand revivals and strategic brand alliances from personal care though to media, airlines and most recently ‘places’. For many of his insights, he draws from his first degree in Social Anthropology and Industrial Psychology from South Africa.

Lars Boelke, Branding Strategist
Lars Boelke was born in Düsseldorf, Germany. He holds a Master’s Degree (honours) in Business Communications from ESLSCA Graduate School of Business in Paris, France. Previously, he graduated also with honours in Social Sciences with a major in Media and Communication Studies from Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf.
Mr. Boelke developed his career at several public relations agencies and branding consultancies such as cpz Ogilvy and BBDO Consulting. He also worked as an Image and PR-consultant for top managers and CEOs at Image Consult. Currently he freelances for various institutions, holds international lectures and trainings in PR and branding and networks among political institutions. In November 2006, he was one of the main lecturers at the Serbian PR week in Belgrade, presenting up-to-date brand communication to the Balkans.

Russell Gordon is a journalist and photographer specializing in Yugoslavia and Mexico. He was a Mexico correspondent and has worked in more than two dozen countries and covered four armed conflicts. He covered civil wars and armed conflicts in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Yugoslavia and the Bosnian Serb Republic, ethnic hostilities in Burundi, and the Zapatista rebellion in Mexico. Former Latin Trade contributor and staff photographer at La Nacion Daily in Argentina, Russell Gordon plans to relocate to Serbia in 2006 to continue his reporting.
